2. Service Quotations & Confirmation

  • Quotes provided are estimates, subject to verification of actual items, locations, and conditions.

  • Final pricing may vary based on volume, distance, bulky or fragile items, staircase access, etc.

3. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

  • A deposit (e.g., 30% of total estimate) may be required to confirm your moving date.

  • Full payment must be completed by the delivery time or as per written agreement.

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 7 days prior, otherwise, a reasonable cancellation fee may apply.

4. Access & Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply for services like disassembly, long-distance carry, or late-night moves.

  • Any changes or add-ons after quote issuance may modify final pricing.

5. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport the following items:

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, explosives, chemicals)

  • High-value personal belongings (jewelry, cash, precious documents) unless pre-arranged

  • Perishables or items requiring temperature-controlled transport

6. Packing & Insurance

  • Oushani crew uses professional-grade materials for fragile items.

  • Insurance coverage is available upon request—content must be declared, and valuation should be provided prior to the move.

7. Liability & Claims

  • We aren’t liable for delays or damages due to natural disasters, road conditions, or unforeseen external causes.

  • Customers must inspect received goods and report damage within 3 days of delivery. Claims without proper documentation may not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, layouts) is protected under intellectual property laws and cannot be used or reproduced without written consent.

9. Privacy
